When to Reach Out

The fastest way to use PoolCalc Tools is just to run a calculator — you'll get your pool or spa cost estimate in seconds. But there are a few times it's worth contacting us directly:

• Sanity-check a service quote. If a pool company quoted you a maintenance contract or a heater installation that feels high, send us the details and we'll give you an honest read against our data.
• Spot an error. If one of our calculators gives an output that looks wrong — a heating cost estimate that doesn't match your energy bill, or a chemical cost that seems off — please tell us. We update the tools when utility rates and chemical pricing shift.
• Request a new calculator. If there's a pool or spa cost we don't cover yet — new pool installation, pool resurfacing, salt system conversion — let us know. We build the calculators people actually need.
• Press, partnership, or general business inquiry. Email us using the address below.
